Patrick Stoy, Branch Manager and Senior Mortgage Advisor of UMortgage Carolinas, has dedicated his career to helping families in the Carolinas and Virginia realize their dream of homeownership. Known for his extensive mortgage expertise, dedication to clients, and deep community involvement, Patrick’s commitment earned him the titles of Best Lender in the region and Mortgage Professional of the Year in 2021.

Outside of work, Patrick and his wife, Laura, are proud parents. Their son, Jacob, is a graduate of the NASCAR Technical Institute, and their daughter, 6-year-old Piper Ann, keeps them busy with her bright spirit and big personality!

Laura is the Director of Marketing and Special Events for Umortgage Carolinas. Laura is also often referred to informally as “The Director of All Things Fun”. Laura was born in Roanoke, Va and moved to Wilmington where she graduated from UNCW with a BS with a Marketing Concentration. She loved Wilmington so much that she never left! Laura met her husband Patrick Stoy in 2009 and has 2 wonderful kiddos. Laura has been in Marketing & Sales for almost 20 years and absolutely loves what she does.

Ashley Luster brings over 15 years of deep finance and mortgage corporate experience to her role. A dedicated professional and mother of two athletes, she balances her dynamic career with family life in Raleigh, where she resides with her husband. Ashley's extensive background drives her commitment to financial excellence and client success.

With nearly two decades in mortgage lending, Patrick Bayley has built a reputation for strategic navigation through complex financial landscapes. His deep market expertise allows him to craft personalized solutions for clients, transforming challenging market conditions into opportunities. A father of two, Patrick brings both professional acumen and a grounded perspective to his work, guiding clients with insight and precision.

As a key member of Patrick's team, Brennan Pearson brings a chemist's precision to mortgage lending. He meticulously analyzes details and navigates high-pressure situations, helping clients move seamlessly through the loan process with expert care and strategic support.

Jordyn Dwyer is a ninja executive assistant who masterfully operates behind the scenes, orchestrating critical support with precision and strategic finesse. A key team player, Jordyn ensures seamless operations and empowers the team's success through exceptional administrative expertise.

Luke Hersey, a Maine native, brings both expertise and heart to his role as a Loan Manager. Known for his dedication to community and passion for golf, Luke frequently represents the team at local charity events.
